All Wilton Tech Flame Retaining Ceramic Burner Nozzles are made with the highest manufacturing standards. Each burner is hand cast using 3400 degree castable selected for it’s durability and resistance to shock. The casted burner features all rounded edges so there are no square corners to break. Small pilot holes at every burner port assure the flame stays on the head and doesn’t float off. This allows it to heat up fast to get you up and going fast. Our castable is so durable that many of our burners have been in service for over 20 years!

Unique to our burners is our one-piece machined steel shell. This one-piece design is very strong. While other burners may fail at this point, ours just keep on working as there are no welds to break. This back plate is also machined with a 1.5” NPT thread end making it easy to plumb.

Our hole patterns are designed to achieve the correct stoichiometric ratios insuring thorough gas consumption and efficiency. Wilton Burners have been tested up to 9” W.C. with various gasses and maintain a steady flame at all pressures.
